- Own end-to-end strategy, performance, and optimization across all paid media channels: Google (Search, PLA, YouTube, Display), Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Affiliate, Programmatic, and new platforms
- Build and manage full-funnel, cross-channel media plans aligned to brand, product, and revenue goals
- Lead a high-performance team including an Acquisition Specialist and agency partners to hit targets (ROAS, CPA, CPO, new customer growth)
- Define and drive the testing roadmap across creative, targeting, bidding, placements, and landing experiences
- Manage budgets, monitor pacing, and surface daily/weekly performance insights and strategic recommendations
- Lead strategy and performance of all retention initiatives: Email, SMS, CRM, Referral, and Loyalty
- Oversee Retention Specialist and own execution, testing, and channel health across lifecycle touchpoints
- Develop and scale a CRM framework to support personalized customer journeys and trigger-based automations (e.g., welcome, post-purchase, win-back)
- Own and optimize loyalty and referral programs to drive repeat engagement, advocacy, and long-term value
- Champion segmentation and data-driven personalization strategies across all retention channels
- Monitor deliverability, churn, and engagement metrics with a continuous improvement mindset
- Collaborate with Brand and Creative to ensure performance assets align with campaign narratives and brand guidelines
- Partner with Ecommerce and Tech to integrate personalized experiences across site, flows, and messaging
- Work closely with Analytics to align on reporting, attribution, and insights that drive action
- Share regular performance updates and strategic takeaways with leadership and stakeholders
- 7–10+ years of performance and lifecycle marketing experience in DTC or omnichannel environments
- Demonstrated success owning acquisition and retention across paid digital and CRM/lifecycle channels
- Proven track record of driving growth, efficiency, and LTV through integrated performance programs
- Deep expertise in:
- Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube
- Email & SMS platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Klaviyo, Attentive)
- CRM & loyalty strategies (segmentation, personalization, triggered journeys)
- Referral program development and management
- Analytical rigor with strong command of attribution models, A/B testing, and budget optimization
- Experience managing direct reports and agencies with a leadership mindset
- Effective cross-functional communicator and strategic partner
- Passion for performance marketing that blends data, creative, and customer insight
- Salary range: $100,000 - $108,000
