Responsibilities:
Engage with new and existing customers to understand their communication needs and recommend the most suitable Rogers products and services.

Deliver a high level of service by providing personalized, professional, and solution-based support throughout the customer journey.
Process transactions accurately and maintain organized, up-to-date customer records.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by applying a consultative and customer-first sales approach.
Stay informed about Rogers' latest offerings and industry trends to better serve your clients.
What We Are Looking For:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is an asset, but not required - training is provided.
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and present solutions confidently.
A driven, goal-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in helping customers find what best suits their needs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Familiarity with basic computer tools such as Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
