About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you will oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, manage a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will play a key role in the store's opening, including participating in paid training from August 11–22 in Calgary (travel and accommodations provided).

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff
• Creating schedules for the store employees.
• Oversee food preparation and ensure food safety compliance
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Execute financial controls and achieve sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service standards
• Ensure customers have a positive experience by providing exceptional service.
• Handle customer feedback professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead team performance and foster a positive work environment
• Assist with grand opening preparations and ongoing marketing efforts

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of management experience in quick-service restaurants or similar environments
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Capable of addressing operational challenges and finding solutions.
• Ability to commute to 6020 University Blvd, UBC Vancouver Campus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Food Safe Level 1 (or willing to obtain)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage of $21–23/hour
• Paid training from August 11–22 in Calgary (flights and hotel provided)
