Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician who thrives in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skin treatments including RF/microneedling, IPL, laser hair removal, hydrafacials
• Take initiative in identifying patient needs and recommending appropriate treatments
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and comprehensive skin assessments
• Administer medical-grade chemical peels and advanced skincare treatments
• Proactively maintain accurate patient records and safety protocols
• Educate patients on treatment options and post-care requirements
• Collaborate effectively with medical team members to ensure seamless patient experience
• Document treatment plans with concise charting and clinical photography
• Support retail product recommendations and clinic growth initiatives
• Contribute to team meetings and process improvement discussions

Required Qualifications

• Current certification as a Medical Aesthetician or Laser Technician
• 2+ years experience with medical-grade laser systems
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team success
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and treatment protocols
• Experience with various laser and light-based treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
