Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic salesperson to join our sales team responsible for the development of sales-ready opportunities and nurturing future prospects on behalf of our clients.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who enjoys the sales process and challenge of leading a prospect from a cold call to a qualified opportunity utilizing an integrated strategy of outbound calls and email marketing.
Main Responsibilities
· Decision maker profiling
· Business profiling
· Qualifying opportunity
· Engaging in business conversations with C-level decision makers to build relationships between the prospect and the client
· Effectively communicating and presenting our solution and value proposition based on market segment
· Capturing key market behaviours related to sales readiness parameters and perceived barriers
· Setting appointments when lead criteria has been met
· Nurturing cold leads with branded, personalized and relevant email communications
· Documenting progress and updating CRM
· Achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas
Qualifications
· Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Be skilled “selling via phone” successfully.
· Four year-degree and/or minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience.
· Must have experience selling solutions utilizing ROI and consultative selling approach.
· Ability to operate effectively and independently in a high-pressure environment.
· Show a proven track record achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas.
· Ability to multi-task working on multiple projects and employ structured selling methods.
· Must have a strong inner drive, proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
