• Job Title: Licensed Millwright or Electrician

• Compensation: $43.40 – $46.40/hour + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on process equipment and facility infrastructure
• Assist with installations, repairs, and upgrades of equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic PLC issues (preferably Siemens S7)
• Participate in development and execution of maintenance programs and reliability improvements
• Adhere to food safety and quality systems (HACCP)
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and sanitation policies

Qualifications:

• Licensed Millwright (433A) or Electrician (442A or 309D)
• Experience in a food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment preferred
• Knowledge of robotic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Familiarity with HVAC operations and preventive maintenance routines
• Able to lift up to 25 kg, work in physically demanding conditions (standing, bending, kneeling)
• Must have reliable transportation (location not accessible by public transit)
• Must be comfortable working with pork, chicken, beef, and dairy products
• Willing to follow strict hygiene and safety policies (no jewelry, fake nails, etc.)
