Marino's Automotive Group is currently looking to hire a Warranty Administrator and would like to speak with you! About the Company: Marino's Auto Group is a family owned and operated company consisting of Honda Queensway, Marino's Fine Cars Subaru, Jaguar Land Rover Metro West, and Volvo Metro West.
As a key member of the Honda Queensway team, the Warranty Administrator brings to life the Marino's Auto Group service experience. This position reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for handling the administrative functions of the service process. This role is responsible for administrating the warranty claims and ensuring warranty systems and procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims and ensuring warranty policy and procedures are followed.
- Responsible for monitoring each job completion time by technician while ensuring appropriate charges are applied for work completed.
- Maintain communication with members of the Parts and Service Department to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and in coordination with schedules.
- Verify all claims are accurately entered on repair orders by service advisors.
- Verify repair orders have been accurately totaled for entry claim into DCS
Qualifications
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. CDK, ADP
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Busy work environment and so the Warranty Administrator must have exceptional organizational and stress management skills to complete daily task.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
