Midway Nissan is actively seeking a Pre-owned Sales Manager to join their team. As the new Sales Manager, you'll inherit a talented team and the chance to lead with innovation and integrity. This pivotal role presents an opportunity to shape the future of our dynamic sales team and leave a lasting impact in an environment that values and celebrates dedication. In this role you will manage a team of sales professionals, ensure customer satisfaction, develop sales strategies, and drive the profitability of the pre-owned vehicle segment. Your leadership will play a key role in achieving sales targets and maintaining a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of pre-owned sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase pre-owned vehicle sales.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure pricing is competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
  • Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for the sales team.
  • Work with the marketing department to create promotional campaigns and advertisements.
  • Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues and complaints.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Current experience as a Sales Manager or Pre-owned Sales Manager in a dealership is required.
  • Must have a valid OMVIC license.
  • Ability to support and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • Experience with Auto Alert, One-Eighty, TMS, V-Auto, and CDK are definite assets.
  • Strong facilitation and leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
