Bilingual French and English Direct Investing Customer Service Representative

What is the opportunity?

If you possess a client-focused mindset and have the ability to identify client centric solutions, this role gives you a great opportunity to grow with our Clients Direct Investing team and beyond. As a Direct Investing Customer Service Representative, you provide clients with helpful and engaging, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable service over the phone or through electronic communications. You are diligent and resourceful with a strong sense of curiosity and desire to learn new things. Effective problem resolution, exceptional client service and passion for the investment industry is crucial to your success in this role, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative team environment. This is a full-time and shift oriented role with the ability to work from home and/or at the contact center.

What will you do?

• Respond to clients' needs and proactively uncover opportunities to match customer needs through effective communication and probing skills to help guide clients to available products and services offered by Direct Investing.

• Actively promote the capability and functionality of the Clients Direct Investing website and mobile capabilities, proactively identifying self-service opportunities for clients.

• Provide helpful and engaging, knowledgeable, accurate, responsive, and professional service to clients, including prompt and courteous completion of client instructions that don't require a securities license, via telephone, or electronic means, all within the Direct Investing policies, procedures and guidelines while adhering to regulatory requirements

• Understand and apply industry rules and regulations (e.g. IIROC, Provincial, etc.), as well as Enterprise and Direct Investing policies and procedures to all activities performed.

• Accurately execute client instructions within defined authorities.

• You will collaborate with other partners (i.e. branch) supporting/assisting with account openings while delivering exceptional client and employee experiences.

MUST HAVES:

1. Fluent in English and French

2. Investment knowledge through work or personal banking (familiar with RSP/TFSA/ETF/mutual fun/stock/bond)

3. Customer Service or call center

4. Full flexibility to work a variety of shifts ranging between 7AM to 8PM, Mondays to Saturdays

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
