Location: Aurora, ON | Full-Time | $60,000–$70,000

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our operations—driving production and material planning, managing procurement, and ensuring customs compliance. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute production schedules and purchasing through Syspro MRP
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Assembly teams to align production plans
• Oversee procurement from sourcing and quoting to purchasing and expediting
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (including USMCA)
• Maintain accurate HS classifications and customs documentation
• Monitor and resolve supply chain risks and capacity constraints
• Collaborate on SOP development, continuous improvement, and supplier performance

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; APICS/ASCM certification preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain coordination
• Strong skills in production planning, procurement, and customs compliance
• Proficiency in MRP systems (preferably Syspro) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Travel: Minimal (approx. 5%)
