- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment including mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and OEM manuals to guide maintenance tasks
- Fabricate or machine replacement parts using lathes, milling machines, and welding equipment
- Execute preventative and corrective maintenance using a digital work order system
- Support production teams during runtime to reduce downtime and improve output
- Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, safety, and reliability
- Comply with all food safety, health & safety, and environmental protocols
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment and follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting (food industry is a plus)
Strong working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical systems
Hands-on experience with machine tools and welding (MIG, TIG, ARC)
Comfortable using CMMS systems and Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel)
Team player with a strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and problem-solving abilityBonus Skills (Nice to Have) Electrical or multi-trade experience
Experience in food production or other regulated manufacturing environments
