As the Client Services Manager, youll be the driving force behind our client relationshipsensuring satisfaction, building trust, and championing service excellence. You will collaborate closely with our executive team to elevate our service delivery and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Impact: Assist in mentoring our team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to quality and responsiveness.
- Strengthen Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing long-term partnerships and advocating for their needs.
- Client Advocacy:
Advocate for client needs within the organization, ensuring their voice is heard and their expectations are exceeded.
- Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct comprehensive QBRs to assess client needs, evaluate performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive Strategy: Develop and implement service strategies that enhance client satisfaction and business performance.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally to streamline communication and improve service delivery.
- Resolve with Confidence: Address client concerns swiftly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Track and Optimize: Monitor team performance and client feedback (NPS, CSAT) to continuously raise the bar.
- Support Licensing & Quoting: Advise clients on software licensing and manage ad hoc quoting with administration and projects teams.
- Represent Our Team: Occasionally attend client-facing events after hours to strengthen relationships and represent Alt-Tech.

Requirements:
