Compensation 100K-110K + bonus
Principal Tasks & Responsibilities:
This role blends core accounting with forward-looking financial analysis, giving you broad exposure and the chance to work closely with leadership across functions. You'll be involved in:
- Full cycle accounting across multiple entities
- Month-end and year-end close, including financial statement prep
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Building dashboards and financial models to support decision making
- Partnering with sales, operations, and inventory teams on profitability and costing
- Supporting audits and tax filings
- Identifying process improvements and supporting automation
- Contributing to internal controls and helping shape best practices
Qualifications & Prerequisites:
We're looking for someone hands-on, business-minded, and ready to take ownership. You should bring:
- A CPA designation or be in the final stages
- 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience
- Some exposure to financial planning & analysis
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools
- Experience with a larger ERP system
- Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
