Compensation 100K-110K + bonus
Principal Tasks & Responsibilities:
This role blends core accounting with forward-looking financial analysis, giving you broad exposure and the chance to work closely with leadership across functions. You'll be involved in:

• Full cycle accounting across multiple entities
• Month-end and year-end close, including financial statement prep
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Building dashboards and financial models to support decision making
• Partnering with sales, operations, and inventory teams on profitability and costing
• Supporting audits and tax filings
• Identifying process improvements and supporting automation
• Contributing to internal controls and helping shape best practices

Qualifications & Prerequisites:
We're looking for someone hands-on, business-minded, and ready to take ownership. You should bring:

• A CPA designation or be in the final stages
• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience
• Some exposure to financial planning & analysis
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools
• Experience with a larger ERP system
• Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
