They'll also oversee the day-to-day full cycle accounting for a group of diverse companies, making sure everything runs smoothly and on time. A key part of the role involves handling regulatory reporting for fund accounting, so some comfort with compliance in that space is important. This person will also be managing and mentoring a team of four accountants, helping foster a positive and collaborative team environment. We're looking for someone with solid budgeting experience, some exposure to fund accounting, and the confidence to work independently while staying open, communicative, and solutions-focused.
