Job Description

Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, this individual is responsible for ensuring our parking locations maintain a professional image and are fully operational.

Key duties include routine cleaning, minor maintenance tasks, equipment checks, and promptly reporting any issues that may impact operations or customer experience. This role is vital in maintaining the high standards Indigo Park is known for.

Note: This is an overnight position from 11pm-7am Sunday -Thursday

Responsibilities

  • Sweeping the garage entrance and exit lanes
  • Litter pick-up on parking levels
  • Wiping down of signage, equipment, railings
  • Monitoring and cleaning of all high traffic areas within the garage
  • Emptying of garbage receptacles as required
  • Cleaning stains with water hoses in the garage
  • Reporting any observed safety concerns or structural damage
  • Being able to drive a golf cart around the garage to perform the duties

Qualifications

  • Good communication skills
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Experience using basic hand tools & equipment (jigsaw, screwdriver, trimmer, etc.)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work as a team member under minimal supervision
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Valid provincial drivers license and clean abstract
