We're hiring a Team Lead to oversee our Hero Cosmetics Guerilla Marketing Program in Vancouver this summer. Hero is known for its best-selling pimple patches, and we're bringing the brand to life through street-style marketing at major events and high-traffic neighborhoods.

This role involves leading a small team of BAs, managing logistics, driving a branded panel van, and ensuring a seamless, engaging, and professional experience throughout all activations. We're looking for a dependable and organized individual who can commit to the entire 17-day schedule.

• Drive the Hero-branded panel van to and from activation locations (valid G license required)

• Lead and support the Brand Ambassador team throughout each shift

• Manage inventory and ensure accurate product tracking

• Distribute Hero samples and oversee consumer engagement activities

• Deliver brand messaging clearly and consistently to the public

• Represent the brand professionally while maintaining high energy and a positive attitude

• Ensure timely setup, execution, and teardown of each activation

• Act as the on-site contact for any real-time client communications or issues

• Prior Team Lead or Field Manager experience in promotional marketing

• Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving a panel van

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Confident and reliable leader who can problem-solve under pressure

• Experience with inventory tracking, reporting, and working outdoors

• Must be available for all 17 activation days (flexibility is key)
