In this role, you'll take the lead on electrical design for a diverse portfolio of building projects across the residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors. You'll collaborate closely with our talented electrical engineering and design team to deliver high-quality permit and construction drawing packages, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards and complies with all relevant codes.
We're looking for someone who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings. You'll guide junior staff, share your expertise, and help foster a culture of continuous learning and technical growth. As a key player in project delivery, you'll also contribute to the evolution of our design processes—bringing forward ideas, refining workflows, and driving innovation within the team.
This is more than a technical role—it's a chance to make a real impact. You'll help shape projects that serve communities, while also helping to shape the future of our department. Occasional site visits will offer opportunities to see your work in action, provide valuable feedback, and deepen your connection to the design process. Additional responsibilities will be tailored to your skills and interests, offering ongoing opportunities for growth and leadership.
