As our Social Media Specialist and Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for promoting the Western Tractor brand across our social media platforms as well as performing many other key marketing tasks. You will have experience in creative storytelling, media production and social media strategies. If you love agriculture, producing engaging content and talking to a lot of people, this role could be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities
  • Visiting stores during critical campaign launches to ensure merchandising, signage and implementation of ongoing campaigns to ensure a seamless integrated marketing campaign
  • Assist marketing manager and showroom merchandiser to achieve marketing consistency across all stores
  • Developing creative and engaging text, image, reels, and video content for use across all digital platforms
  • Assisting with Marketing Campaigns and co-ordinate with the marketing manager
  • Capturing lifestyle, product and customer photography for digital and print
  • Assisting with the design and rollout of Promotional Material
  • Managing customer survey programs
  • Providing support for the Marketing, aftermarket and sales team on a variety of projects

Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, New Media or relevant field
  • Proven work experience in content marketing, graphic design and Film or film industry experience or knowledge
  • Excellent written communication skills with emphasis on proofreading, grammar, and engaging content creation
  • Experience creating and managing successful Social Media campaigns primarily across Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Good photography skills with an interest to learn more
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • A love for agriculture
