About the Role:

We are currently hiring motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Painters for the summer season. This position is ideal for post-secondary or highschool students or young professionals seeking meaningful full-time work from May through August. No previous painting experience is required—we provide all necessary training.

This role involves working on a variety of interior and exterior painting projects across residential and commercial properties throughout Calgary. You will be part of a dynamic, supportive team that values quality, safety, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming

• Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Follow project timelines and work collaboratively with your team

• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures

• Deliver a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and commitment to reliability

• Physically capable and comfortable working on ladders or at heights

• Access to reliable transportation within Calgary and surrounding areas

• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
