- Target and acquire new clients by identifying and engaging decision-makers at mid-sized companies (typically $5M+ in revenue and over 30 employees)
- Lead strategic prospecting efforts, leveraging modern tools and AI platforms to fill and manage your pipeline
- Conduct compelling sales conversations with CMOs, VPs, Directors, and Managers
- Partner closely with our marketing team to build compelling, insight-driven sales narratives
- Collaborate with leadership to build the foundation of a high-performing sales department — including process design, playbooks, and future hires
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for sales-qualified opportunities and closed business
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Leader in the digital marketing or MarTech space
- Demonstrated ability to sell into mid-sized organizations and engage senior decision-makers
- Comfortable with consultative selling — understanding needs, uncovering pain points, and aligning solutions
- Familiarity with modern sales and AI tools such as:
- Apollo, ZoomInfo, ChatGPT, Clay, Lavender, Salesloft, CoPilot or similar
- Proven ability to leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced LinkedIn strategies for identifying, engaging, and nurturing B2B prospects
- Located in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you're excited to help shape a scalable sales function
- Experience selling services like SEM, SEO, paid media, CRO, or analytics
- Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Background in account-based selling or solution sales
- Competitive base salary + commissions in the range of $60,000 - $120,000 + per year on new business and recurring revenue
