We are currently hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our client's team in Ottawa, ON.

Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $20.00/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Driver check-in
  • Customer service
  • Scanning BOLs/processing paperwork
  • Data entry
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the Transportation/Logistics industry
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good customer service skills
  • AS400 experience is an asset
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to work full-time in Ottawa, ON
