About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in our operational success by ensuring efficient movement and accurate documentation of goods in and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming components and materials; verify contents against packing slips.
• Organize, label, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and package customer orders for shipment.
• Complete all required shipping documentation with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping/receiving area.
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts to move materials (forklift certification is an asset).
• Assist the Assembly team with:
  • Assembly and inspection of bearing components.
  • Applying identification markings.
  • Final packaging of products.
• Support other warehouse/production activities as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in shipping/receiving or a warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working with inventory systems and paperwork.
• Basic forklift operation experience is a strong asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Physically capable of lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.
• A proactive and reliable approach to work.
