Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers across multiple locations in Canada.
- Provide remote assistance and support to customers with their parking inquiries, including issues with access, payments, and general questions.
- Detect and report any irregularities or issues with parking access or equipment.
- Investigate and resolve any incidents or complaints reported by customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Bilingual in French and English is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities and capacity to maintain composure in stressful situations.
