  • Produce detailed design specifications and collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, clinicians, and QA to scope, design, and refine solutions.
  • Participate in design critiques and cross-functional reviews, clearly articulating your design rationale.
  • Partner with regulatory and clinical teams to ensure solutions meet user needs while adhering to compliance and accessibility requirements.
Process & Systems
  • Contribute to our shared design system and documentation to ensure consistency across platforms and teams.
  • Advocate for and apply accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG standards) and inclusive design principles.
  • Help evolve team practices by contributing to playbooks, templates, or design quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with at least 3+ years in a UX-specific role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered approach to solving complex interaction and usability challenges.
  • Proficiency with Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Experience working within agile teams and cross-functional product development processes.
  • Comfortable with both hands-on design and participating in research or discovery work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-disciplinary settings.
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience in health tech, medtech, or regulated product design (e.g., SaMD).
  • Familiarity with accessibility and responsive design across mobile and web.
  • Background in behavioral science, clinical workflows, data visualization.
  • Experience working with multilingual or localization-ready design systems.
