Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Engage one-on-one with customers, identify their needs, and maximize every opportunity to upsell and generate increased revenue for the company
  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns designed to drive sales, customer service, and brand growth
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and orders using our point-of-sale system
  • Assist other departments and Customer Sales Associate team members to expand the customer base, client territory, and personal skill development
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Customer Sales Associate team to surpass sales goals
  • Continuously learn and refine sales techniques through ongoing classroom-style training, feedback, and leadership within the company

Customer Sales Associate Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or in a client-facing role
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Natural ability to build relationships and connect with others
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a growth-oriented team environment
  • Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to engage and connect with a variety of customers
  • You have strong moral principles, integrity, and reliability
