As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Representative (Junior BDR) to help generate leads and schedule service appointments. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a sales career with strong training and future growth potential. To start, you will not be responsible for quoting, pricing, or creating the scope of work or for conducting technical evaluations or on-site assessments (unless shadowing).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Make outbound cold and warm calls to residential and commercial prospects.
  • Use the CRM software to track leads, outreach, and appointments.
  • Follow pre-approved call and email scripts to improve lead conversion.
  • Schedule qualified service or estimate appointments using internal tools.
  • Qualify leads based on service needs, budget awareness, and decision-maker availability.
  • Conduct follow-ups on open estimates and pending jobs.
  • Keep detailed notes and records in the CRM.
  • Share feedback with the sales team on objections or prospect concerns.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset.
  • Willingness to learn about HVAC services and solutions.
  • Demonstrated professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Comfortable using a CRM or willing to learn.
  • Well-spoken, polished, and confident in professional settings.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.
