What You Bring to the Team

• 1+ years of subprime finance experience (automotive dealership experience preferred)
• A strong sales mindset with top-tier negotiation skills
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; dealership software experience is an asset
• A motivated, professional attitude and commitment to results

Schedule & Structure

• 100% Commission-Based: $80,000–$150,000+/year (uncapped)
• Flexible Rotating Schedule: Week 1: Monday–Saturday | Week 2: Monday–Thursday
