Role Overview:
As the Technical Program Lead, Business Systems with a focus on CRM and Salesforce, you will lead and oversee Salesforce-related projects and initiatives, serving as the bridge between business needs and technical execution. This role requires a unique combination of strong business acumen, technical knowledge, and the ability to lead and manage both cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders in the organization. You will guide the development and stabilization of systems and processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and IT capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce & CRM Program Leadership:
- Drive the planning, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, aligning them with business needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the North America organization, translating their requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and manage the Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring timely and quality delivery of enhancements.
- Stakeholder Management & Business Analysis:
- Lead communications with non-technical stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clarity on requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Own business requirement gathering and ensure they are effectively translated into technical solutions.
- Implement change management strategies to foster smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- IT Team Oversight & Mentorship:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a small IT team, including developers and QA, helping them develop technical solutions and supporting them in their growth.
- Support the team in maintaining platform stability and troubleshooting critical issues, ensuring operational continuity.
- Cross-functional IT Leadership:
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure alignment across systems and processes, leveraging your broad business systems knowledge to contribute to the growth and strategic direction of IT initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership to prioritize IT resources and ensure the overall success of critical IT initiatives.
- Process Improvement & System Stabilization:
- Analyze business systems and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
- Oversee and support the strategic growth of the IT systems landscape, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience leading CRM programs or projects, including at least 2-3 years hands-on experience with Salesforce solutions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and third-party integrations.
- Proven experience in program management with a focus on CRM systems, specifically but not limited to Salesforce.
- Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to gather requirements, define functional specifications, and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional IT teams, with the ability to balance technical and non-technical perspectives.
- A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, low-capacity, and high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and drive consensus among diverse teams.
- Experience in change management and setting clear expectations for non-technical stakeholders.

- Communication & Collaboration Requirements:
- Active participation in virtual meetings is an essential function of this role. The employee must be able to consistently engage in scheduled video calls, presentations, and team discussions using various video conferencing platforms.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities with attention to detail and responsiveness.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment.
- Remote Work Requirements:
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and maintain a professional, distraction-free remote work environment.
- Must be available during core business hours unless otherwise approved by management.
- Technology Use:
- Ability to operate a computer, phone, and standard office equipment for extended periods.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn digital platforms for communication, documentation, and task management.
- Attendance and Time Commitment:
- Regular, predictable attendance is required.
- Timely responsiveness and presence during scheduled virtual meetings and operational check-ins are expected.
