What You Can Expect

• Manage a broad range of civil litigation files from intake to resolution, with autonomy and accountability, reporting directly to the Partner.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, affidavits, and applications with precision and timeliness.
• Conduct examinations for discovery, prepare and attend applications, and independently handle trial work as opportunities arise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dedicating approximately 25% of your time to direct client interaction.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, results-driven environment where initiative, ownership, and strategic thinking are valued.
• Develop your own book of business over time with the encouragement and backing of the firm.

What You Bring to the Table

• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in civil litigation, including substantive involvement in trial proceedings.
• Demonstrated excellence in legal drafting, with superior written and oral communication skills.
• Proven capability to independently manage a personal caseload with efficiency and sound judgment.
• Exhibit exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a consistent record of meeting deadlines in demanding, high-pressure environments.
• Maintain a professional and composed demeanor, both within the courtroom and in professional settings.
• Approach legal challenges with a proactive, solution-focused mindset, underpinned by a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results.
• Thrive in collaborative team settings while remaining self-motivated, accountable, and capable of working autonomously.
