Overview
Ideal Siding is seeking a high-performing Operations Coordinator to support our HQ operations team and growing network of franchise partners. This is not an entry-level admin role were looking for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, is confident managing multiple priorities, and has the systems thinking and initiative to keep complex projects on track.
Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, youll be a key driver of day-to-day efficiency across the company coordinating tasks, streamlining processes, and ensuring both our internal teams and franchisees get the support they need to succeed.
Please note: This is not a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain position. Candidates with only clerical or entry-level admin experience are unlikely to be a strong match.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise & HQ Operations Support
  • Serve as the go-to liaison for franchisees and internal teams on operational matters
  • Deliver onboarding, training, and continuous support on internal systems, tools, and procedures
  • Address questions, escalations, and coordination needs promptly and professionally across multiple regions
Process Improvement & Project Coordination
  • Monitor progress on key initiatives, projects, and deliverables to ensure timelines and goals are met
  • Identify process gaps and propose enhancements to improve tools, workflows, and documentation
  • Drive accountability and follow-through across departments by maintaining clear communication and consistent updates
  • Maintain thorough and organized records of tasks, timelines, and status updates
Youll Succeed in This Role If You Have:
  • 24 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or executive-level administrative support within a fast-paced setting
  • A demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands without missing details
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs, project tracking platforms, and collaborative tools
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach: you're quick to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration or comparable experience in a dynamic operations environment
