This is an ideal role for a motivated lawyer with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, looking to deepen their expertise in a firm that prioritizes excellence, collaboration, and professional integrity.
What You'll Do:

• Handle a variety of civil litigation and construction lien files from inception to resolution

• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel with professionalism and clarity

• Appear in court and advocate on behalf of clients in a range of civil matters

• Draft legal documents, manage case strategy, and meet critical deadlines

• Collaborate with a team of experienced legal professionals in a supportive, in-office environment

• Juris Doctor or equivalent from an accredited law school

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in civil litigation and construction liens

• Exceptional legal writing and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple files independently
