- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Monitor inventory levels or raw materials and finished products to ensure adequate supply.
- Collaborate with production teams, supply chain personnel and other departments.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, make recommendations for process improvements.
- Work closely with quality control teams to ensure that production meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a central point of contact for production related inquiries and updates.
- Communicate production schedules, changes, and priorities effectively to all stakeholders.
- Report any defects or discrepancies to the respective management.
- Review documents and prepare reports as required.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Post Secondary education in Operations Management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management.
- Previous experience with engineered to order production highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Proficiency in using MS applications and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
