This dynamic position involves:

• Building and nurturing strong client relationships through regular site visits, clear communication, and a solutions-focused approach
• Partnering with businesses to understand their workforce needs and develop customized hiring strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to your clients, offering ongoing service and support
• Attracting, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill current and upcoming roles
• Staying connected with assignment employees and supporting their success on the job
• Supporting internal operations with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and document management
