Donnelly Ford Lincoln is looking for an experienced Parts Counterperson. The successful candidate will report to work at 1325 Johnston Road.
Working closely with our team of technicians, service support staff, and fellow parts team members to provide our retail guests and wholesale customers with an exceptional experience, is what it is all about!
Previous parts experience in a dealership environment is required.
The successful candidate will:
Be committed to customer service and is an effective communicator - in person, on the phone, and using a computer.
Be able to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Have a willingness to learn, good memory and the ability to work well with numbers is crucial.
This is a high-volume department with multiple priorities; someone with a keen sense of urgency who loves to be busy and challenged will thrive in this role!
