Position 2: HVAC Service Technician

Advanced Home Comfort Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our professional service team. We're looking for someone with strong diagnostic ability, technical knowledge, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems efficiently and accurately
• Work independently or as part of a team to handle service calls
• Assist with installations as needed and be open to learning from cross-functional work
• Accurately document service activities using our CRM platform
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Participate in rotational on-call schedule

On-Call Details:
• Rotational on-call responsibilities include after-hours emergency service
• Only hours worked during “after-hours” on-call shifts are paid at time-and-a-half
• Additional on-call bonus is provided during your scheduled rotation

Qualifications:
• Valid G Driver's License
• G2 Gas Technician Certification (mandatory)
• 313D Residential Refrigeration License (mandatory)
• ODP Certification (mandatory)
• Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting experience
• Hydronic and/or commercial HVAC experience (assets)
• Proficient in English – written and verbal
• Comfortable using CRM software for documentation and scheduling
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Team player with a willingness to grow and support others
