Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative at TELUS, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales of TELUS products and services. You'll play a key role in helping customers stay connected through wireless, home, and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate TELUS solutions (e.g., mobility, internet, TV, and smart home products).

  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of TELUS products, services, promotions, and competitive offerings.

  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized service.

  • Process sales transactions accurately using internal systems.

  • Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards (for retail roles).

  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is an asset.
