Compensation: $19 - $20/HR

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Field Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role involves traveling to client locations across Windsor/Essex, Chatham, and occasionally London to install, maintain, and repair a wide range of amusement and entertainment equipment.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach. You will work both independently and in collaboration with our technical support team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

• Travel to client sites across Windsor/Essex, Chatham, and occasionally London for same-day service calls

• Install amusement and entertainment equipment using hand and power tools

• Perform scheduled maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure proper operation

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in collaboration with the tech support team

• Communicate effectively with clients and maintain a high level of professionalism

• Utilize mobile communication tools and apps to manage service schedules and updates

• Previous experience in field service, technical support, or equipment installation is preferred

• Basic computer skills

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
