About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Night Auditor / Night Watchperson to join our team. In this dual role, you will oversee the resort's overnight operations, reconcile daily revenue, prepare essential reports, and ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and employees. Key Responsibilities
Reconcile daily revenue and balance transactions across Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Golf, and Spa.
Prepare and distribute management reports.
Check guests in and out, handle reservations, and assist with guest requests.
Conduct property rounds and maintain a visible security presence.
Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, security alarms, and guest conflicts.
Verify identification, inspect packages and deliveries, and grant access to secured areas.
Investigate incidents such as theft, accidents, or suspicious activity.
Maintain logs, incident reports, and daily activity records.
Administer First Aid and CPR if required.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support hotel operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or security (an asset).
Bonus: Completion of a two-year college program in hotel management, front desk operations, or security training.
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with property management systems (PMS) preferred.
CPR/AED certification is an advantage.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and patrol the property for extended periods.
Light physical work, including occasionally lifting up to 20 lbs.
Must be able to move quickly and assist in emergency situations.
Work Environment
Indoor and outdoor work in variable temperatures and noise levels.
Overnight shifts with occasional extended hours.
