What You'll Do-

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by guiding and educating employees on equipment use and workplace policies.

• Ensure compliance with quality and legislative standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SOPs.

• Oversee daily production operations; anticipate and troubleshoot production issues.

• Manage schedules, assign tasks, and optimize team performance.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and maximize efficiency.

• Train, develop, and motivate team members through coaching and feedback.

• Promote positive employee relations and open communication.

• Plan staffing based on production needs and allergen requirements.

• Record and calculate production levels in line with company procedures.

• Support a safety-first culture in compliance with OHSA.

What You Bring-

• Secondary School Diploma

• 3-5 years of experience in the meat or food production industry

• Prior supervisory experience

• Mechanical aptitude (an asset)

• HACCP certification

• First Aid Certificate (preferred)

• Forklift License (preferred)

• A self-motivated, problem-solving attitude with strong leadership skills
