We are currently seeking Entry-level Painters and Door-to-Door Marketers to join our teams. This is an ideal opportunity for young adults looking for hands-on, outdoor work with no prior experience required. We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are ready to learn new skills, work hard, and take pride in what they do. You will be responsible for promoting our services and expanding our customer base.

• Type: Full-Time/Part-time, Seasonal
• Painter Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Marketer Schedule: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Weekdays, 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Weekends
• Start Date: Immediate
• Painter Pay: $18–$27/hour plus Tips and Commission
• Marketer Pay: $15/hour + up to $50/hour in commission bonuses

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to commute to neighbourhoods in Beaumont, AB
• Hardworking, reliable, and punctual.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders.
• Physically able to handle manual labor and repetitive tasks.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to commute to job sites in Beaumont and surrounding areas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Prior experience in painting, construction, or general labor is a plus.
• Experience using hand tools or paint equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with job site safety or manual labor jobs is an asset.
• Background or interest in the sales industry
• Experience with face-to-face customer interaction
