- Between $60k-$70k, negotiable based on experience
- Full time + overtime after 44 hours
- Open Availability is required, especially weekends
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality customer experiences across multiple locations, managing up 60 employees.
- Manage and supervise staff, including department heads and store managers.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of online and pick-up orders.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance both customer and staff experiences.
- Collaborate closely with upper management to drive growth and expand operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing multiple retail locations.
- Strong retail management experience, including supervising approximately 60 staff members.
- Food safety certification is required.
- CPR and First Aid certification is an asset
- Proficient with Google Applications (Excel, Drive, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in basic tech and reporting
