What youll be doing:
Client Care Support:
- Assist with new client onboarding, documentation, and scheduling coordination
- Participate in initial client inquiries and follow-ups, supporting care intake
- Help track caregiver schedules and ensure alignment with client needs
- Assist with quality assurance check-ins and satisfaction surveys

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a warm, professional manner
- Log all communications and interactions using office tools (SwiftOps, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date digital and physical records for both clients and staff
- Support with recruitment admin, file organization, and onboarding documentation

- Community Engagement:
- Conduct friendly outreach calls or visits to facilities, clinics, and community centers
- Distribute marketing materials and promote CFC programs like Lunch & Learns and Book Clubs
- Represent ComForCare during networking opportunities and service presentations
- Support supplemental staffing initiatives and relationship building with care communities

What were looking for:
- Experience as a Home Support Worker (HSW), caregiver, or community support worker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software
- Comfortable engaging with external partners and presenting professionally
- Previous experience caregiving for clients in homes or senior communities is a bonus.
