Role Description

As a Service Solutions Representative specializing in HVAC, Hydronics, Plumbing and Drainage, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and converting service quotation opportunities through follow-ups, ordering parts and cultivating relationships with customers and suppliers. You will collaborate closely with the operations and technician team to provide tailored solutions to customers. This is a great opportunity for those looking to start in sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent email and phone communication skills
• A passion for customer service and relationship management
• An ability to understand and interpret technical information
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRMs and Microsoft 365
• Experience in the HVAC, Hydronics and Plumbing industry is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

JobType: Full-time

• Compensation: $52,000 salary
• Benefits: Extended health and dental after 3 months of employment
