Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation of innovative, sustainable design solutions across diverse project types.

• Develop polished presentation materials, detailed working drawings, and comprehensive permit packages.

• Liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors throughout all stages of design and construction.

• Help ensure the design vision and technical standards are upheld during documentation and construction.

• Keep up to date with emerging trends, materials, and technologies to inform forward-thinking design approaches.

• Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• 2-5 years of professional experience in an architecture studio environment.

• Registered or progress toward ALBNL registration or Intern Architect status is preferred.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit; SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite experience is an asset.

• Solid understanding of National Building Code of Canada and local permitting processes an asset.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

• Passion for thoughtful, sustainable design and a desire to contribute to meaningful projects.
