Key Responsibilities
Support the creation of innovative, sustainable design solutions across diverse project types.
Develop polished presentation materials, detailed working drawings, and comprehensive permit packages.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors throughout all stages of design and construction.
Help ensure the design vision and technical standards are upheld during documentation and construction.
Keep up to date with emerging trends, materials, and technologies to inform forward-thinking design approaches.
Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
2-5 years of professional experience in an architecture studio environment.
Registered or progress toward ALBNL registration or Intern Architect status is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit; SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite experience is an asset.
Solid understanding of National Building Code of Canada and local permitting processes an asset.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Passion for thoughtful, sustainable design and a desire to contribute to meaningful projects.
