As a Curbside Taxi Coordinator your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to patrons of the Kelowna International Airport.
Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am-4:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with Dispatch to ensure availability of taxi's for guests
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and direct them to a Taxi
- Assist guests with luggage; ensure items are handled with care
- Ensures that taxi drivers follow airport procedures and reports occurrences, if necessary
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Takes pride in maintaining a high standard of quality service
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Conducts themselves in a respectful, professional way with a high level of integrity
- Strong command of the English language, both orally and written
- Physically capable of preforming the duties assigned (walking, standing, lifting luggage)
- Willing to submit to a background check
