Conavi Medicals Novasight Hybrid System enables simultaneous imaging of a patients coronary arteries using both intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) technologies.

If you would like to be a part of a talented team that is making a difference in healthcare, we are currently looking for a Software Tester to execute and document the verification of Conavis software design ensuring that the software successfully meets requirements. This is a contract position ending in December 2025.

In this position, you will:

• 
  Review and develop an understanding of software requirements
• 
  Prepare and document test plans, cases and scenarios
• 
  Execute manual and automated tests on the performance of the software performance including usability, integration, regression, smoke and security
• 
  Analyse test results relative to the requirements of the software
• 
  Prepare and submit reports
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback

You possess the following qualifications:

• 
  Post-secondary education in software, engineering, or science
• 
  Experienced in software testing ideally in the medical device industry
• 
  Proficient in the various testing phases such as Manual Testing, GUI Testing, Functionality Testing, Security Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Performance/Stress Testing, User Acceptance Testing
• 
  Familiarity with the quality and regulatory standards such as ISO 13485, IEC 62304, and/or FDA guidelines is an asset
• 
  Knowledge of statistical analysis protocols
• 
  A strong attention to detail
• 
  Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• 
  Proficient in multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
• Collaborative approach in working with others including cross-functional relationships
