Term/Status: Permanent, Full-time (70 hours bi-weekly)
Classification/Salary: IS R27: position starts at $83,071.72 annually, plus a 9.9% market adjustment paid bi-weekly ($8,224.13 annually). You will also receive an annual $2,000 retention incentive.

About the opportunity:
As a Senior .Net Developer at CLBC, you will assist with the design and development of new and existing CLBC business systems, as well as provide technical analysis and programming for IT business solutions and for interfaces to other systems used by internal and external clients. You will provide expertise in developing and implementing CLBC business systems and ensure that development methods are consistent with the organization's technical directions and business strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing application interfaces for diverse and complex systems
- Developing technical templates and user interfaces.
- Developing, enhancing and maintaining existing applications and interfaces
- Problem-solving to resolve technical and business process problems related to the application (Tier 3 Support)
- Works with the Enterprise architect on the design of the overall solution
- Constructs design documentation
- Recommends integrated solution designs for CLBC business systems integration
- Provide Tier 3 support for production-related issues
- Following appropriate change management methodologies to ensure that published content is appropriate, accurate, timely, and falls within standards.
This position requires experience with Object Oriented design and development, as well as the ability to:

What you'll bring:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Management or Management Information Systems and 5 years related experience; or a diploma in Information Technology with 10 years related experience; or other relevant equivalent combination of education, experience and training may be considered
Experience in systems analysis, software development and production support; and demonstrated familiarity with all software development life cycle phases.
