Were PX and we fix broken acquisition systems. Our Lead Quantification platform helps top brands buy better leads by giving them full control: clear visibility, accurate pricing, and performance that scales.

Engineering is at the center of that system. Were looking for a hands-on, Senior Developer who can ship clean code, and help us build software that lasts.

Key Responsibilities

Build

• Design and develop core components of the PX platform using .NET and C#.
• Maintain and improve existing systems with performance and scalability in mind.
• Contribute to the full development lifecycle from technical specifications to testing and deployment.
  

Collaborate

• Work closely with product managers, architects, and QA to deliver business-critical features.
• Participate in code reviews and offer guidance on best practices and maintainability.
• Keep communication clear and direct decisions, blockers, and trade-offs should never be a mystery.
  

Refactor & Improve

• Spot technical debt and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Help us modernise and future-proof parts of our stack.
• Support quality by writing automated tests and following test-driven development principles.
  

Document & Own

• Maintain accurate, useful documentation for new and existing features.
• Take ownership of your code in production we build it, we support it.
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience developing commercial applications using .NET and C#
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and web-based application architecture
• Experience building APIs and working with asynchronous processing
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control with Git
• Familiarity with system design principles like scalability, availability, and fault tolerance

• Youre detail-oriented and naturally sceptical you check the data, question assumptions, and dont settle for good enough
• You want your work to ship, but not at the expense of long-term reliability
• You prefer to fix the root cause instead of patching the symptom
  

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Azure or cloud-native applications
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, Jenkins, Playwright, or TestRail
• A background in performance tuning or working on high-load systems
