Job Overview:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our business — directly engaging with homeowners to educate them on the benefits of our exterior cleaning services. You'll work outdoors, canvassing residential neighborhoods, building relationships, and booking jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
Canvass designated neighborhoods and knock on doors to offer cleaning services
Educate homeowners about the value and benefits of our services (windows, gutters, siding, pavement)
Provide quotes using simple pricing structures (training provided)
Schedule appointments or close on-the-spot bookings
Track and report daily activity and leads
Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, driven, and competitive mindset
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
Sales experience is a plus, but not required (we train the right people)
Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in Canada
