Job Summary:
Electrofyre Tech is looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support via email, chat, and phone to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional manner

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution

  • Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources

  • Escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information

  • Stay informed about the latest products, services, and promotions offered on the Electrofyre Tech platform

  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction score, and resolution rate

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or tech-related industries

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

  • Familiarity with help desk software, CRM systems, and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus

  • Passion for technology and willingness to learn about electronics products
